The awards cite the quality and innovativeness of Sattler's homes, its responsibility in community service and charitable activities, and business and industry involvement and leadership.

• 2003 - BUILDER Magazine Named Sattler Homes 2003 America's Best Builder Winner in the 1-25 closings category. The twelfth annual competition recognizes home builders' excellence in running their business. A panel of nine jurors selected the America's Best Builder winners based on their outstanding performance in five areas of running a home building business: finance/operations; customer service/quality; community/industry service; design/construction; and marketing. They chose one winner in each of the competition's four categories, which are based on the previous years' closings volume.
   
• 2003 – Built Green Award of Excellence for Home of the Year over $500,000
  Sattler Homes, Inc. received the Built Green Award of Excellence for Home of the Year over $500,000 in 2003 presented by the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver. Sattler Homes, Inc. was recognized for exceptional achievement for their own innovation and unique solutions to building “green”. As one of the builders that are at the forefront of the market trends, Sattler Homes meets the criteria for facing the increases in energy costs and water rates.
    
• 2003, 2002, 2001 and 2000 - Finalist in the Denver Home Builders Association HAP awards (Homebuilders and Associates in Partnership) given annually in a vote of subcontractors and suppliers for the most professional builders in the marketplace.
    
• 2000 - Received Best in American Living Award (BALA) sponsored by the National Association of Home Builders and Professional Builder magazine, with the platinum award for the best one-of-a-kind private residence of 6,501 square feet or larger.
    
• 2000 - Received Custom Home magazine's prestigious Pacesetter national management recognition awards for implementation of a revolutionary "process mapping" system (called Kaizen) to improve production efficiency and cut costs.
    
• 2000 - Named finalist in the Denver Home Builders Association BAR awards competition for the best custom home of 6,501 square feet or larger.
    
• 1997 - Received Custom Builder magazine's "Custom Home of the Year" award (for the third time) for the best home of the year in the 4,000-to-5,000 square foot category
